iCO Products® is transitioning through a period of growth, and we are looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to work within our team.

The ideal candidate will assist in all areas of marketing, including supporting our growing number of distributors. They will be comfortable in maintaining various marketing campaigns and have a creative skillset which enables them to brainstorm new initiatives and add value to our current marketing strategy.

Qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 years+ experience in marketing/brand management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities

Marketing responsibilities

  • Ongoing market research and competitor analysis
  • Monthly newsletter
  • Build and develop marketing database
  • Develop and maintain prospective LinkedIn contacts within target industries
  • Social media scheduling
  • Design and rework company presentations
  • Contribute to marketing and creative brainstorm initiatives
  • Identify and propose internal/external ideas and initiatives to help promote general awareness of company brand

Distributor responsibilities

  • Communicate with distributors and offer on-going marketing support
  • Regularly monitor distributor websites and SEO
  • Create and distribute project case studies

General/Admin responsibilities

  • Handle all in-bound marketing enquires and responses by phone and email
  • Support and generate positive relationship with new and existing distributors
  • Ad hoc administration support as required

Desired but not essential

  • Experience in Adobe Graphics Suite including Photoshop
  • Experience in website development, WordPress and other CMS
  • Experience in Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
  • Experience in Google Analytics and Google Ads
  • Experience in social media target advertising including LinkedIn
